Just had Curtis come out to take care of a hot water heater flush. He was awesome and went above and beyond. Explained everything he was doing along the way. Helped me with my hot water in guest bathroom too. Great dude, and very professional. Highly recommend!!!

Received excellent service from Richard and his colleague. Drove all the way down to help us access an issue and took the time to inform us and insure the quality of our water heater. He did not charge us for the examination, so truly was great customer services! Thank you!

Curtis from Excalibur plumbing came out for water heater flush and toilet repair. He diagnosed toilet problem on sight did a thorough repair and clean-up. Flushing the heater he found the same contamination and recommended a solution. He also included discount coupons that I didn’t know about. Very satisfied!

Had an annoying intermittent humming sound in our pipes so called Excalibur since had a great experience with them when they installed my water heater a few years v Back. A gentleman named Curtis came out and after checking that we were on the very low end of acceptable water pressure and based on the age of our home determined that in all likelihood it was our Pressure Reducer Valve either failing or acting up. He spent about 4 hours having to dig out the lines and both the PRV and our resident shutoff valve were shot. Replaced them both with upgraded, to current code, piping. That did the trick. No more humming or vibration in the water lines. Great work! Thanks Curtis.

Excalibur was great to work with! They were very flexible and provided me a lot of needed advice when selecting products. Curtis in particular did a great job with the on-site work. He was very deliberate, ensuring the installation was done correctly, he performed a thorough cleanup, and was overall extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this team!
